Overview

Western Peak provides tailored consulting services for our real estate clients. Our principals have worked as employees and consultants for a wide range of real estate developers, investors, lenders and financial institutions, major tenants and large operating businesses involved in the transportation, travel and hospitality industries (with many locations and properties nationally).  Western Peak Principals have also been involved in diverse development projects for our own accounts. In addition to Colorado, we have worked on projects in many major U.S. markets and internationally. Western Peak’s clients include:
